Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use the Service to:

• violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, export control, or sanctions laws;
• upload, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, obscene, or that exploits minors;
• send unsolicited bulk communications, spam, or messages that violate anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy, and equivalent laws), or scrape contact details without consent;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, impersonate another person, or mislead End Users about the source of a communication or the identity of the travel professional they are dealing with;
• engage in deceptive, unfair, or predatory practices (including bait-and-switch pricing, fake reviews, or undisclosed fees);
• use the Service to facilitate human trafficking, illegal travel, sanctions evasion, or any activity involving a sanctioned country or party;
• process data you are not authorised to process, or special categories of personal data (for example, government-issued IDs, health, or biometric data) beyond what is reasonably necessary to plan travel, unless we have agreed in writing;
• upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or content that exploits vulnerabilities in the Service.

You must not:

• attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities, except under a written security research or bug bounty agreement with us;
• breach, circumvent, or interfere with authentication, security, rate limits, or usage quotas;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise try to derive source code from the Service, except as permitted by applicable law;
• crawl, scrape, or harvest data from the Service other than via documented APIs within published rate limits;
• run automated queries in ways that place an unreasonable load on the Service or interfere with other Customers;
• resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties, or build a competing product using the Service, without our written consent.

The Service includes AI-assisted features. When using them, you agree that:

• AI outputs are drafts for human review, not professional advice;
• you will not present AI outputs as regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial, tax, immigration) unless a qualified professional has reviewed and approved them;
• you will not use AI outputs to generate content that is defamatory, infringing, harassing, or otherwise in breach of this AUP;
• you will not use the Service to train or build a competing AI model using our outputs.

Some features have usage limits (for example, credits, API request quotas, storage). Limits apply per plan and per account. If we detect patterns of excessive or abnormal usage that risk affecting Service performance for other Customers, we may apply rate limits, require a plan upgrade, or suspend the account. We will give reasonable notice where we can.

To report content or conduct you believe violates this AUP, email support@twendie.com with the URL or relevant details. Include "AUP report" in the subject line for faster routing.

If we believe you have breached this AUP, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, notify affected parties, and cooperate with law enforcement or other authorities where required. Where we can, we will notify you first and give a chance to cure. For severe or repeated violations, we may act immediately and without notice.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
