The product

See Twendie in action

Twendie is a web application travel advisors sign in to. It turns a client inquiry into a priced, branded, client ready itinerary. Everything below is the real product, captured from a working account.

A trip drafted from one message

A short walkthrough of the copilot taking a client brief and returning a full, priced itinerary.

Step 01 · Start

Paste what the client actually sent

Every trip starts from the client's own words. Copy whatever they sent you, from WhatsApp, from email, from anywhere, paste it into the workspace, and Twendie takes it from there. No forms to fill in first, no rigid template to pick.

Step 02 · Draft

The copilot builds the trip, and shows its work

Tavi drafts the days, searches for the real places, and adds flights, hotels, transfers, meals and activities. Each step it takes is visible, so you can see which places it looked up and correct it in plain language. When something cannot be resolved, it says so instead of inventing a booking.

Step 03 · Refine and price

Adjust the plan, and price it as you go

The itinerary builder is a timeline you can actually work in. Move an item to another day, change a time, swap a hotel, add a game drive. Twelve item types cover the shape of a real trip. Each item carries its own cost and margin, so the trip total updates as you build rather than waiting for a spreadsheet at the end.

Step 04 · Send

Give the client a link they can open anywhere

Share the finished trip as a branded page. The client sees the journey day by day, what is included, and can add the whole trip to their calendar or open any stop in Maps. No account, no app to install.

Step 05 · Reuse

Keep every trip you have already sold

Finished trips become packages and templates you can apply to the next inquiry, so the second Amalfi quote starts from the version you already priced and sold. Your team can search every trip you have built.

Where we are

Current stage of development

Twendie is in private alpha. The platform is built and running, and we are onboarding our first travel agencies one at a time so we can watch real quotes go through it and fix what breaks.

Work on Twendie began in 2025, and the company was incorporated in Kenya in April 2026. The product has been in continuous development throughout. It runs on Google Cloud, with Gemini behind the itinerary drafting, a Next.js front end and a Django back end. We are pre revenue by design: the founding member offer deliberately delays billing so early agencies can shape the product first.

Next up: broadening supplier and rate coverage, deeper package automation, and opening self serve signup beyond the alpha cohort.
