The travel agency or travel professional you are dealing with is the controller of your personal data. They decide why and how your data is used. Twendie acts as their processor: we provide the software, but we do not decide what to do with your data on our own.

For anything relating to your personal data held in that travel professional's workspace, whether you want to access, correct, or delete it, or to ask questions about how they use it, please contact the travel professional directly. They should have given you their contact details.

Depending on what the travel professional is helping you with, the platform may process:

• your name, email, phone number, and messaging handles;
• travel preferences and details you provide (destinations, dates, budget, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, and so on);
• itinerary and booking details prepared for or with you;
• messages exchanged between you and the travel professional through the platform;
• technical data (IP address, browser, device) when you open a shared link or submit a form.

We host and process the data on behalf of the travel professional. We do not use your data for our own marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train general AI models.

We use sub-processors (for example, cloud hosting and AI models) to help run the Service. They are listed at /sub-processors.

Subject to local law (such as the EU and UK GDPR, the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, the CCPA/CPRA in California, and similar laws), you have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Please first contact the travel professional you are dealing with, since they are the controller of your data. If you cannot reach them, or if your request relates to Twendie's own processing (for example, our website cookies), email privacy@twendie.com.
