A client sends dates in one message. Budget in another. Half an idea about Diani three messages later. Somewhere in that thread is an eight day trip, and turning it into something you can send back is what costs you the evening.
So I pasted the whole conversation into Twendie and let it read the thread.
It came back with the trip. Hotels, flights, transfers, restaurants, day by day. 27 events across 8 days. Then one link goes to the client, with photos, a live calendar and every detail, and they approve it from there.
The part that used to eat a whole evening was done before my coffee went cold.
Still early, still being shaped by the advisors using it. If you book trips for a living, I want to hear what you would change.
